  • HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ?

We ship all orders placed Monday - Friday before 6:30PM AEST the same day. For customers who selected Free Shipping, your order should arrive within 5-12 business days. If you do not receive your order within expected time, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will make sure your order is going on time!

  • WHICH DAYS DO YOU SHIP ?

We ship orders placed before 6:30PM AEST the same day Monday–Friday including holidays.

  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?

Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us here.

  • WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS ?

If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.

  • Can I return or exchange products if I am not satisfied with my purchase
Shop with peace of mind at Farbye. You have 30 days to return unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Start your return by emailing us at

info@farbye.com. Please note, returns incur a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is at your expense. For defective or incorrect items, contact us immediately for assistance.
