How We Process Your Order

Order Handling

After your purchase has been verified, items are quality checked, packaged and labeled. We strive to get orders received within the day processed for shipping on the same day. The warehouse processes the orders, which can take up to one (1) to two (2) days during peak season.

Shipping and Delivery 

After your items are processed, they take usually five (5) to twelve (15) max business days* to arrive at their destination, though this can take longer depending on the courier logistics. Majority of our customers receive their items within five (5) business days. Business days do not include weekends.

If you do not receive your order after ten (12) business days, please inform us as soon as you can.

Wrong Delivery Address

We can assist you if you got the shipping address wrong. Just contact us within an hour of placing your order regarding this. We advise you to contact us via live chat so we will be promptly notified of your concern.
